For the In4Sure technology, the support sleeve has got the raised castellations on the end. Insert the support sleeve into the end of the pipe and push it in full socket. The pipe can then be inserted into the socket to feel the rumble and then pull back to make sure everything is secure.
Yes it can! There are 3 methods by which the fitting can be released.
1. The HepKey, just click onto the pipe forces down the collar and the pipe can be removed.
2. The HepKey Plus, which again goes onto the pipe, pushed down on the release collar and the pipe is released.
3. The HepTool is for fittings which are very tight. It can be fitted in between the gap, pressed down on the release collar and then the Hep2O fitting can be removed.
The answer is yes, however what ever method is used to cut the copper pipe, the burrs will need to be removed before connecting so that there is no sharp edges.
1. Place the copper pipe beside the socket and mark the depth on the copper pipe with a pen
2. Insert the copper pipe fully down to the mark that you have made
To remove copper pipe, place the HepKey on the copper pipe, slide it down to the release collar, then pull the pipe out.
Yes it can with the adaptor that is made for this application. We have the press-fit one side and the we connect the adaptor. We insert the pipe full socket and feel the rumble.
Yes it is. It can be threaded through the joists and any holes. This video shows just how easy it is to thread the flexible plastic pipe though the joists.
Yes Hep2O can be used on central heating system and also connected onto a radiator. This video shows how to install Hep2O onto a radiator valve. First of all, put the nut on the pipe then the olive. Put some PTFE tape on top of the olive to seal the joint. Then put the support sleeve into the pipe. Insert the pipe, tighten the nut by hand and finish by tightening with the spanner.
Yes it can. Just use the HepKey to remove the fitting. Clip it onto the pipe and remove the sections of pipe. The fitting can then be reused.
Yes there are. The Hep2O manifold system has multiple sections. The video shows how 2 manifolds have been used to create 5 separate tees.
