    The roof of the car park at WTC The Hague has turned into a courtyard with a pond. Rainwater from surrounding roofs is drained to the pond. The Smart Flow Control in the pond temporarily holds the rainwater by raising the level in the pond, just like in a regular polder!  Later on, the water can be drained off , so that the water system in the area is less stressed.
