Esto les permite anticiparse mejor a problemas potenciales antes de llegar al sitio de la obra. ## **Ventajas del BIM**   Uno de los principales beneficios del BIM es su capacidad para optimizar la productividad dentro del sector de la construcción.    A través de imágenes tridimensionales, es mucho más fácil ver errores potenciales u otros problemas relacionados con los materiales utilizados, como los conflictos de colisiones entre estructuras.   Además, BIM tiene grandes ventajas en términos de presupuesto.
